I listed one house and when it sold, netted $10,069 — an ROI of 625.7%, which more than paid for the mailings. I have listed three houses in that community.

I have had just one new client so far, but with post cards in the Real Estate business, you have to send them out at regular intervals before you start seeing more results. People need to feel that you are stable and focused in their areas. If they just get a card once every 6 months then they tend to forget you. It's important to send them out about every two months 'in season'. I will be sending mine out in March, May, June, August. Then again in 'slow season' in Oct, Jan. The potential for just one listing is about $10,000 in my locations.

The proof looks great! Thank you!
Rachel Roussel, Devoted Dance Academy
Our mailing went successful overall. I do think we didn't have the best mailing list for us as we could have had. I think going further out in the distance was a little bit of a waste, however we did receive about 4 new customers which in the dance industry is great because those students will stay with us and bring in a revenue for about 10-15 years!
Tyrone, My Paint Brush
Wood Street Builders
10 new customers, which brought in 4-5 times what we spent on the campaign!
Crest Exteriors
30 new roofing jobs!
Professional Energy Solutions
Five calls and over $15,000 in new jobs!

We receive 25% of our sales from our postcard campaigns! The investment up front was not really a big investment. The return was tremendous.
