Madison my rep. was always accessible and really helped me to make the right decisions with some matters I was unsure about. Overall, very one I had to liaise with, all gave great customer service.

It was a pleasure working with Megan Johnson. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help me design the best campaign to fit my budget as well as my target. Never once did it feel like a sales call, it was always presenting information that was specific to my needs and discussing pros and cons of each option so I could make a fully informed decision. I hope Postcard Mania retains their Ace, as someone that hires, I know employees like her are hard to find. In reading some of the reviews on here, I am very surprised that there are such low reviews and comments because those experiences don't match my experience at all. Heck, I was so please that I created a profile just so I could give my rep a well-deserved shout out. I look forward to working with them in the future and seeing the results of the campaign we built together.

I have used PostcardMania for many years. This year's special mailing went much faster than previous years, mostly because I'm picky about my designs and this year, to my delight, they were able to provide me with multiple choices in one email rather than one at a time (very time consuming - uhg.) I highly recommend them.
