This was the first time we sent postcards. Everyone was very professional that I was in contact with. It was very overwhelming for me but I trusted we were in good hands...and we were! Alex is always good to work with. There was some gap in communication this time with getting the mailing out on my scheduled date, and Nicole Kendall helped get it moving. The design department had to recreate a design I had done by another company. After a couple of tries, the final product was done well. It would have moved things along if they had asked me for the images/logo and whatever they needed to do the job. Have worked with them for years, and I know the job will be done well. Postcards are Postcardmania's expertise.

Sharing the book, tracking results, feel supported by efficient, effective and kind people at every stage of the process. Fast, responsive, accommodating. They made me feel like my project mattered. They seemed sincerely interested in the outcome. I enjoyed working with them. Wow... these people are good. Can't believe how effortless it was to communicate my brand, my message and my calls to action, in my voice, with my look and feel. Just, wow. Fast, flexible and fun. Really... it was fun to be able to target my demographic, think it through and then see what the numbers looked like. It made me feel empowered. Fell in love with the finished product. So proud of the quality, the look and feel, the spot-on for my brand imaging and how it all came together in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I have experienced a quarter-over-quarter decline in revenue since the 3rd quarter 2018. I just finished my first quarter's mailings. I am 2 months into the 4th quarter and am posting a quarter that is on par with the quarter, 5 quarters ago. In three months of mailing, I have upleveled my revenue beyond 5 quarters of steady decline.

Our rep Ashley has been very responsive and an excellent project manager, so much so she now feels like part of our marketing team! The Postcardmania design team is excellent too and customer service throughout the company is outstanding and has exceeded our expectations!
