  • On behalf of my local church, I reached out to develop a direct mailing for Easter week. Having never done this before, I searched online for a provider and found a Postcard Mania as well as several other companies. Michael called me back first and walked me through the entire process, spending 45 minutes with educating me and answering questions. I decided to move forward, and was handed off to Renee who helped me through ever aspect of the mailing. She introduced me to the design portal as well as kept in touch throughout the process. Both were genuinely helpful, responsive and engaged. I get the feeling my order isn't considered a big job, which is all the more reason I was impressed with the service from Michael and Renee. If you're like me, setting up a direct mailing for the first time, you can feel confident that Postcard Mania will shepherd you through the process with complete professionalism and responsive service. Every call I made was connected to someone related to my campaign within minutes and the response always was perceived sincere. I edited my postcard design only twice as the first was so great but I had my picky items that were promptly changed and sent back for approval. As of now my EDDM and marketing budget will be staying with PCM. Great job!
