The Unseen Reason You Feel So Overwhelmed — and How It Impacts Your Business

In 1998, when I started my business, PostcardMania, the first cell phone with a color screen hit the market. Facebook didn’t exist, phones absolutely didn’t fit in our pockets, and people still wrote checks in the grocery store.

The internet was in its infancy, and we weren’t saturated with tech to where it overtook our daily lives. It was new and fascinating but still relegated to a desktop.

Just two decades later, and we can’t go a single day without our smartphones in our hands, social media has replaced most personal interactions, and checks are obsolete with cash not far behind.

PostcardMania Named Local and National 2024 Top Workplace Based on Positive Anonymous Employee Feedback

PostcardMania, the $104 million marketing technology firm with over 365 staff, earned a 2024 Top Workplaces USA Today award for the first time, as well as a Tampa Bay Area Top Workplaces award for the 11th time stretching back to 2013. PostcardMania is recognized in the midsize businesses category, which consists of businesses with between 150 and 499 employees.

Top Workplace rankings are based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party employee engagement survey administered by Energage, the company behind the award. The confidential survey has been taken by more than 20 million employees nationwide over the award’s 15-year history and uniquely measures employee experience, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few.

Here’s the full list of the 2024 Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces

The Tampa Bay Times partnered with Energage to determine the top 100 workplaces in Tampa Bay. Each year, employers in the region are surveyed to get an understanding of what it’s like to work in a variety of industries, and from a number of companies, to come up with our annual ranking.

For the past 15 years, the Times has conducted a Top Workplaces survey. The Times partners with Energage to be our research partner on the project.

Best places to work in 2024? Here’s what US employees had to say about their employers

Two mortgage lending companies, a certified public accountant firm, a staffing business and a credit union are among the top workplaces in the U.S.

The rankings are part of the fourth-annual survey co-sponsored by Energage and USA TODAY.

The Top Workplaces USA awards offer recognition to midsize and large organizations, including those with operations in multiple markets. Employers with at least 150 employees are eligible.

Winners are identified solely based on employee feedback gathered through the Energage employee engagement survey. Companies were chosen based on the results of surveys taken over 12 months in 2023.

PostcardMania Surpasses $100 Million in Revenue and Sees Revenue Jump in Several Sectors, Led by Direct Mail Automation

PostcardMania, the marketing technology firm with over 350 staff, achieved record revenue in 2023, crossing the $100 million mark to hit $104.6 million, a new high for the company. The increase represents 8% top-line growth over 2022 in continuation of PostcardMania’s outsized post-pandemic success, in which the firm has averaged 15% annual year-over-year growth following a decade (2009 to 2019) averaging 5% growth.
