Wok and Run Restaurant is an Asian restaurant in Atlanta, GA. They wanted to find a better way to market their restaurant, so they contacted PostcardMania for help with their marketing.

PostcardMania designed a 6.25 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:

  • Enticing photos of their food to grab the recipient’s attention

  • A list of benefits on the back of the card
  • A map of their location to make it easy to visit

Wok and Run Restaurant mailed 6,000 postcards using an Every Door Direct Mail mailing list that targeted residents in the area around their restaurant.

The Results

They achieved so much business they had to hire 3 staff!

As a result, 900 people used the postcard coupon in the restaurant. He spent $6,319 on this direct mail marketing campaign and generated $10,800 in revenue! The owner has had so much business from this postcard, that he had to hire 3 more people in the restaurant to accommodate the extra business.

Their return on investment is likely to grow since these new customers will likely return for another meal in the future — increasing their annual revenue!
