The Situation

Delwest is a company that leases Greyhound Park homes in the Denver, CO area. They wanted to advertise some open homes, so they reached out to PostcardMania for help with a marketing campaign.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:

  • An offer for a free U-Haul
  • A map on the card that shows where the rental homes are
  • A QR code that when scanned goes to the website

They mailed 6,000 of these postcards to their own mailing list of contacts in the local area. Delwest also combined this postcard with follow-up Google ads through an Everywhere Small Business campaign.

The Google ad was displayed 152,928 times, and 1,625 people clicked on it.

The Results

They generated $24,000 in revenue!

As a result, they received 2 responses and got 1 new person to sign a lease for a rental home. This generated $24,000 in revenue for this company. With an upfront investment of $5,357, their ROI comes to 348%.
