Bold Property Group is a real estate investment business in Bismarck, ND. They needed to make more property deals and increase annual revenue, so they reached out to PostcardMania for help with their marketing.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 4.25 x 6 inch postcard that had the following features:

  • A personal message in a hand-written font that builds trust with the prospect
  • The recipient’s first name, which grabs their attention
  • A QR code that when scanned goes to a web page for more information

One of Bold Property Group’s first direct mail marketing campaigns included 7,400 cards. They were mailed to a consumer mailing list that targeted single and multi-family dwellings and condos valued up to $320,000 and located in specific zip codes. The postcards were mailed on a monthly mailing schedule in increments of 3,000-4,400 cards.

More recently, they ran another campaign that consisted of 6,670 postcards. They targeted the same group of people but in different zip codes and mailed the postcards on a monthly mailing schedule as well.

The Results

They have generated $178,000 in revenue from postcards!

For Bold Property Group’s first successful campaign, they received 15 responses and converted 3 of them, generating $78,000 in revenue. Each real estate cash deal generates about $26,000. With an upfront investment of $4,978 in this direct mail campaign, their ROI amounts to an impressive 1,467%.

For their second most successful campaign, they received 8 responses, converted 4 of them and generated $100,000 in revenue!

Since their first direct mail campaign, Bold Property Group has ordered more than 100,000 postcards, and their monthly postcard mailings are ongoing.
