Schultz’s Landscaping offers lawn and landscaping services to residents in Camp Hill, PA. They wanted to increase their annual revenue, so they reached out to PostcardMania for help with their marketing plans.

The Solution

PostcardMania launched an Everywhere Small Business campaign that combined postcards and digital ads. The 6 x 8.5 inch postcard included the following features:

  • An offer for $250 off a landscape installation
  • A QR code that when scanned takes the prospect to the website for more information
  • A strong headline that grabs the prospect’s attention
  • A five-star review from a happy customer
  • A list of benefits on the back of the card

Schultz’s Landscaping mailed 3,000 postcards and launched a coordinated digital ad campaign on Facebook, and Instagram. The digital ads and postcards both targeted the same group of people to help increase the response rate.

The Facebook/Instagram ads made 20,479 impressions and the ads were clicked on 702 times. They targeted local single-family homeowners over 50 years old making an annual income of $120,000 or more.

The Results

They generated $12,000 in revenue!

As a result, Schultz’s Landscaping received 8 responses and converted 3 of them, generating a total revenue of $12,000. With an upfront investment of $3,317, their ROI comes out to 262%.

Since then, they have continued their direct mail campaign and ordered another 3,000 postcards.
