The Situation

Newtown Family Dentistry is a dental office located in Bear, DE. They wanted to get more patients in the door, so they reached out to PostcardMania for help with their marketing.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:

  • A professional and friendly photo of the resident dentists to encourage trust with the recipient
  • A map on the back of the card that helps them locate the dental office
  • A five-star review from a happy patient
  • A QR code on the back of the card that leads to their website for more information

Newtown Family Dentistry mailed 15,000 postcards using a resident/occupant mailing list that targeted local residents living near the dental office. They also signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that included digital ads on Google, Facebook, and Gmail. The Google ads were displayed 96,744 times and were clicked on 1,128 times; the Gmail ads were displayed 36,103 times and clicked on 729 times; and the Facebook ads were displayed 52,772 times and clicked on 600 times.

Alongside the ESB campaign, Newtown Family Dentistry also ran a New to Town marketing campaign that targeted residents who recently moved into their area. They mailed 416 postcards with this program between March and July. The cards targeted local families living in a 3-mile radius around the dentist office.

The Results

They generated $54,882 in revenue!

As a result, Newtown Family Dentistry received 50 responses and converted 30 of them to new patients and they generated $54,882 in revenue. With an investment of $13,709, their return on investment amounts to 300%.

Their New to Town campaign is still active and they anticipate bringing in even more patients in the future as new families move to their area.
