The Situation
Alana Macalik Cosmetic and Family Dentistry serves families in the Arlington, TX area. Dr. Macalik wanted to advertise her dentistry services and bring in new patients, so she contacted PostcardMania for help with marketing.
The Solution
Alana Macalik Cosmetic and Family Dentistry has been mailing postcards with PostcardMania since 2023. Although they have mailed different designs over the years, their main strategy has been targeting new residents in the community through a New to Town campaign. When new residents move to the area, they receive a postcard in the mail inviting them to pick their dental practice for their health needs.
The 6 x 8.5 inch postcard included these features:
- A QR code that when scanned goes to their website for more information
- Photos of dental implants to show how good their work is in order to increase trust
- A map on the back of the card that shows where their office is located
- An offer for a $149 new patient special
- A list of benefits on the back of the card
Alana Macalik Cosmetic and Family Dentistry also signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that included digital ads on Google and Facebook. These digital ads helped redirect prospects back to their website, encouraging them to schedule an appointment.
One of their marketing campaigns included 75,000 postcards. These cards were mailed in increments of 800-3,000 a week in order to consistently target local families.
To date, they have mailed more than 245,000 postcards.
The Results
They generated $240,000 in revenue!
As a result of the campaign including 75,000 mailers, they received 80 responses and converted all of them to new dental patients. Each new patient brings in about $3,000, so overall they made $240,000 in revenue.
On average, they gain 5 new patients a month through their Everywhere Small Business campaign and New to Town postcards. Alana Macalik Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is so happy with the amazing results that they are going to continue direct mail marketing with PostcardMania.
