The Situation

A Better Back Clinic offers chiropractic care in Lakewood, CO. They wanted to bring in more patients, so they reached out to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 postcard that included the following features:

  • An offer for a free exam and consultation
  • A QR code that when scanned takes the recipient to the website for more information
  • A map on the back of the card that makes it convenient for the recipient to locate the office
  • A five-star review from a happy patient

A Better Back Clinic mailed 12,000 postcards to a resident/occupant mailing list that targeted residents in the local area near the chiropractic office. They also signed up for an Everywhere Small Business plan that included Google ads. These ads helped remind the prospects to return back to A Better Back Clinic’s website to book an appointment.

So far, the Google ads have been displayed 715,096 times and resulted in 7,663 clicks, and the Gmail ads have been displayed 57,868 times and resulted in 1,026 clicks.

The Results

They generated $42,000 in revenue!

As a result, they received 14 responses and converted all of them. These new patients brought in $42,000 in revenue. With an upfront investment of $10,690, their return on investment amounts to 293%.

Since then, they have continued their Everywhere Small Business campaign running digital ads and they ordered another 24,000 postcards.
