Growing fast – Looking for a Search Engine Marketing Specialist

YOUR MISSION

As our SEM Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in helping our small business clients extend the reach of their direct mail campaigns by creating and managing effective digital advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook. You’ll be a key point of contact for implementing these online strategies and ensuring our clients see tangible results.

What You’ll Do:

• Campaign Setup & Management: Set up and manage targeted digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display) and Facebook/Instagram Ads, aligned with clients’ direct mail initiatives.
• Audience Targeting: Assist in defining and implementing audience targeting strategies based on client demographics, interests, and direct mail campaign parameters.
• Ad Creative Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals optimized for both Google and Facebook platforms.
• Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and performance to ensure efficient spending and achievement of client goals.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking key campaign metrics, generating basic performance reports, and identifying areas for optimization.
• Platform Learning: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, direct mail production) to ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing efforts.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and resolving basic campaign issues.

 COMPENSATION

• Starting pay is $18 per hour

SCHEDULE

• This a full-time office position, Monday – Friday from 9-6pm
