 Rapidly Growing Company – Looking for an Executive Assistant!

We’re a full-service marketing company offering postcards, brochures, business cards, web design, and more! We’re hiring an Executive Assistant. The role involves supporting the exec with medium and large projects, daily admin tasks, organization, and personal errands like picking up lunch or running items to the post office.

We’re looking for a reliable, long-term team member with growth potential. Ideal candidates should stay for several years, with room to advance in the company.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Fast learner
• Not afraid to ask questions so as to achieve a full understanding of a project/task
• High level of communication, no back off on talking to customers or other staff
• Good knowledge of computers, including working confidently with Word and Excel
• Detailed oriented.
• Executes planning effectively, not afraid to follow up to gain compliance to executive orders.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving history – Must have your own vehicle
• Childcare experience

WORK HOURS

This a full-time office position, Monday – Friday from 9-6 pm with an hour for lunch.

COMPENSATION

Pay will be discussed in person and based on experience and skills.
